These offsite assistants will be required by us to make no further use of such information, nor disclose it to others. Except as set out above, we shall not disclose your personal information unless obliged to, or allowed to do so by law, or where we need to in order to run our business (e.g. where other people process data for us). Cookies

A 'cookie' is a small piece of data that is sent from our servers to your computer and then stored on your machine's hard drive.

The RCAHMS website does not store personal information during general searching or browsing.

We only ever store your identity when completing shopping or contributing to MyCanmore and we always make that clear by asking you to provide your details or to log in.

In common with many organisations, we deliberately limit the cookies we use to those that are helpful. For example, we store your basket items when shopping so that you don’t have to type in the items again at the checkout.
We also use Google Analytics to collate and aggregate anonymised data - it cannot be traced back to you.  This shows patterns of usage within our site to plan improvements or plot popular areas.
